We wished the pools were better maintained and cleaned more regularly. The swim up bar was fun but the pool attached to it made us not want to go in. We also wish there were more food options on the room service menu.

The room was amazing. Our housekeepers Fanny and Jeanette’s were amazing. In addition Noño and the staff at the buffet were awesome. They always make us feel welcomed. The lobby bartender Santos always took care of us. In addition the guys at the pool bar were great. We had an amazing couples massage in the spa. Thank you for always treating us well. We will definitely be back!

Nice resort. Very spread out and comfortable. I wouldn’t give it five stars because of the menu choices and the food quality. Not that it was bad. It just wasn’t great.
And the alcohol level is pretty low.
