Great staff. But room was not dusted or swept on our 2nd day onwards.

It’s supposed to be an adults-only hotel. While you do have your own side, you still have to share amenities with their other property, which is family-friendly. At times, it didn’t feel like an adults-only experience.

Very bad service at ZAI restaurant. The service guy was extremely rude and had no patience at all. I was simply asking for an introduction to the menu, but he responded in a very impolite and unfriendly way and even raised his voice at us. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in a restaurant. In addition, when the pork chop was served, there was no knife and fork provided, which made it very difficult to eat. The overall dining experience was uncomfortable and disappointing. I would not recommend this place unless they seriously improve their customer service and staff attitude.

The hotel was great. The food in the restaurants was good. Felt safe and secure to stay. The staff was very courteous and efficient. The prices is a little expensive, but he experience was good.

Everything was great other than our whole party of 8 came home sick. :/
