Cancun Kid friendly Holidays

They upgrade our room looking at the back of our resort where they power wash their cooking trays.

The staff was nice. Some just need to smile more often especially in restaurants. Food could be better. There were only a few restaurants you could go to and not all are open every day. Overall, I’d give it 3.5 to 5 stars.

Conveniently located in Cancun with a huge property located right on the beach. The place is very clean and staff is so friendly and helpful. They all-inclusive food is delicious. Definitely my favorite hotel in Mexico.

Above all, the staff was amazing. They were cheerful, happy, and eager to help make our stay perfect. The food was great, as was the location. I appreciated the three pool zones - the large main center pool, the "fun" pool that had activities and two bars, and the quiet pool for relaxation, all of which are infinity pools that overlook the ocean. The nightly entertainment was good for the most part, and is probably the one thing I would recommend for improvement. It's one of the requirements I have for choosing a resort, and since it's the only form of entertainment on site (they have transportation to other properties for parties), it could have been better. The location is great, walkable to downtown, and the beach is swimmable with white sand. Overall, we rate this resort as excellent and would definitely return.

Very good location and great price!

The hotel is really good — great location, good food, and a very friendly staff. The room was clean and always well organized, and they did everything they could to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

This place was amazing. Swim out pool was awesome, staff treat you like family, and the food was soooo good!
