Everything was amazing except the receptionist needs a crash course in customer service. "Yes" is no way to greet a guest might as well say "what do you want you are bothering me". Guest would like to feel more welcome.

This property is so cool - great location at the base of the town overlooking the valley and vineyards. The cocktails at the bar were amazing. We did, however, have a problem with the shower not having hot water but apparently this was just something temporary that they were getting fixed soon.

Amazing hotel! There is still some work undergoing at the hotel and not all areas were opened. It has the best reception and amazing hospitality. The issues we had with the booking via Expedia were promptly resolved by the concierge manager Jasmina. The spa was out of this world with several different saunas. Highly recommended. The room was well equipped but I think the decor inside of it does not match the beautiful decor in the lobby. We opted for a half board option. The breakfast options were plentiful. Great juice bar. Dinner options were slightly more limited but that could be down to my personal preferences. The only downside I found was the parking. Plenty of parking spaces but they there but they were about 5 - 10 min walk away, partially on a gravel road. The hotel golf buggies were there but nobody bothered to offer a lift to the car park. We did a lot of walking whilst there and were tired at the end of the day. Plus I had to be careful not to ruin my shoes. It was a minor inconvenience but still something to consider. I would throughly recommend the hotel and I am already looking to book it again.

Beautiful and serene. Gorgeous place away from the crowds. Everything was perfect. The staff, location, landscape, rooms, food. Couldn’t ask for a better place.

Wonderful hotel and resort

Relatively new property with a lot of potential. It would be nice if the bedside tables had built-in charging ports or outlets for convenience. Breakfast was fine, but for a hotel positioned as “luxury,” an à la carte option would elevate the experience. A highlight is the on-site wine cellar, where guests can enjoy tastings of their wines. Overall, a positive stay with some room for improvement.
