ROOM was so HOT

After I confirmed room with insurance, Expedia provided my booking that said room was non-refundable. I also noted that there were no windows in this room. It turned out to be a basement room. I wasn’t in the room very much. London hit record breaking heat, so being in the basement was cooler than above ground. Disappointed that Expedia’s fine print was not apparent before purchase.

Given the price for a room in this hotel, I was disappointed by the standard of maintenance. Room 443, the TV screen kept breaking up,the remote control didn't work properly, the shower leaked under the door and the flexible shower arm was coming apart revealing the plastic pipe inside. On the plus side, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Another point to note for those with mobility issues, its at least half a mile to the nearest tube station.

Great experience all together; cooled rooms, clean, great breakfast and perfect location

We booked here after previously having an awful experience at a different 5* london hotel…. And we fell in love with this place. It was a breath of fresh air to be treated like a valued customer at this hotel and the facilities and room immaculate with everything you could need and more.

Everything is fantastic. One of the best hotels in London!

It’s a great location!

I have stayed at Flemings many times and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay in central London.
