La Altagracia Kid friendly Holidays

The welcoming and service throughout our stay was superb. Juan Bautista, our welcome supervisor did an excellent job making sure that our stay was a pleasant one and exceeding our expectations. Food and restaurants were also far better than we expected. The art crafting activities were also great tokens and relaxing experience which turned into great souvenirs to keep from out unforgettable weekend. The private beach club is also very nice and appetizers are outstanding. Highly recommnded place to stay if you look for a quiet, relaxing, beatifully appointed accomodation with great service at a reasonable price.

Gustavo was great as my concierge. He accommodated all for me. From bottles of free champagne to late check out because I had a late flight. We were still friends and talk. Awesome stay!

The customer service team, entertainers, restaurant staff, pool service, cleaning staff, and everyone at the resort in general were excellent. Thank you so much, because nothing compares to the bad reviews people give. I must say that our entire stay and experience at the resort was wonderful. It exceeded our expectations.

The access into the ocean from the beach was excellent. Proximity of swim up pool to ocean was great. Resort was very clean. Good service. Occasionally had a hot water issue. Loved the preferred club restaurant by the beach. Could use more seating for some night time other than the big show. Add more tables to lobby bar for example. You can't really call the sports bar a sports bar.
