We stayed for 5 nights at the end of September and the hotel is more like a U.K. 3* than a 5*
Good value for money for how cheap it is for an all inclusive.
Just needs updating and I would request a pool view room as the front rooms were noisy late at night.
Very clean hotel to be fair but just in need of a refurbishment.

The room service is the best! They do your room every day, towels replaced daily, they perfectly clean your room and do your bed daily, this is awesome! There are plenty of activities and attractions inside the hotel, it is also well located, closed to the sea and near of markets and small shopping locations. It is also ALL INCLUSIVE, so you don't need to spend money on anything else but your vacation activities. The only thing that can be improved is the food, in my opinion, the food is average compared to other competitors, however, our overall experience despite the food, is excellent and will definitely coming back! Thank you!!!

"Amazing hotel for families as it has lots of activities going on all day. Entertainment team were fantastic. Alot of steps around the complex though, so anybody with mobility issues may struggle.
