Canary Islands Kid friendly Holidays

Fantastic holiday. Complex clean, staff all friendly and plenty of restaurants within a max 20 min walk away. We stayed 12 days and didn’t eat at the same place twice. We managed the walk to los abrigos in 15 minutes with a 7&10 year old. We used taxis for beach days, water park and money world. Our 2 bedroom apartment was immaculate and plenty of space. 2 bathrooms, aircon throughout and a lovely sea view. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and already looking at next year!

The resort was beautiful, along with the staff. They were warm and welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure I had an amazing stay.

The room service is the best! They do your room every day, towels replaced daily, they perfectly clean your room and do your bed daily, this is awesome! There are plenty of activities and attractions inside the hotel, it is also well located, closed to the sea and near of markets and small shopping locations. It is also ALL INCLUSIVE, so you don't need to spend money on anything else but your vacation activities. The only thing that can be improved is the food, in my opinion, the food is average compared to other competitors, however, our overall experience despite the food, is excellent and will definitely coming back! The hotel is well equipped for entertaining families and adults alike. All staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The only negative was we were staying in one of the Rock Royalty suites on an all inclusive package, we found it difficult to eat in particular restaurants as you are only able to eat in them at particular times of the day, and that you need to book everything apart from the buffet. We found this restrictive and annoying as you don’t know what time of day you will be hungry tomorrow. The offering of vegetarian food on the all inclusive buffet was very poor, with poor selections in either the all inclusive restaurants and those restaurants that you need to pay 70% for as these are not included in the package. This resulted in us spending an additional £800 on food both in and outside the hotel.

What an amazing place to be at. Best holiday I’ve ever had. Our child was in princess heaven. The staff is exceptionally wonderful. Never felled more relaxed than after our holiday here. Thank you all so so much.

Lovely hotel with great amenities and excellent location. The room was excellent and had a selection of great pools and bars/restaurants. The Marina is a 1 minute walk away and has amazing shops/bars/restaurants. All the staff were friendly and were happy to help with anything. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of food and drinks and the quality was very good. The only one slight bad point was the bed mattress was very hard. We would definitely visit again if going back to the Island.

This place is immaculate, the staff are amazing and this year the food was best it's every been. They've put new tiles around the adult pool which is nice. Ive been here 6 times so I'm picking up on wee silly things, like a few broken tiles on the main walkway, drinks menu could do with a shake up and management could maybe walking the pool areas more often.

We had a fantastic family holiday here in July. Rooms were spacious and modern, cleaned every day. We had a great view of the pool and sea from our veranda. Restaurants and bars walking distance (5 euro taxi into the centre of the strip). We loved the pool area- the food and cocktails from the poolside bar were excellent. All in all, a great holiday- we would definitely return.
