Stayed here 6 nights. Positives are the staff, they make you feel welcome and are very helpful. Rooms are spacious although lacked a fridge. Negatives - location, hotel is based end off The Walk. The pool and beach area is in virtual shade most of the day not very good for sunbathing. There is also a lot of traffic noise. Food was average, little invention with similar dishes most nights. Also temperate of food was luke warm. Would’nt stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel, Dubai, The Palm. Great staff, very welcoming and friendly. The restaurants were all great! The breakfast selection is outstanding and so delicious!! We loved the heated pool which was very relaxing. The pool area is beautiful as are the lobby and main areas. We had a suite which we loved! It has a kitchen and washer/dryer, also 2 bathrooms and a beautiful balcony to enjoy a morning coffee. Overall a great and relaxing experience. Thank you!

The hotel was immaculate and the staff were excellent.
The main issue we had was the lack of sun around the pool because of the tower’s shadow. As we like to lay out and sunbathe, this obviously would be a deterrent from returning. Also the lift situation can be somewhat frustrating!!!
