The outdoor pool was closed during our stay which was frustrating but everything else about this hotel is amazing. Great rooms and comfy beds, very beautiful.

Breakfast was good and all staff were very polite and pleasant

This was one of my favorite stays! The staff were kind and helpful, rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was ideal. Breakfast was lovely and they provided a really nice breakfast box for us to take when we had plans earlier than 7:30. We really enjoyed the bathroom layout and the shower. My only small complaints were the limited and odd tv channels, and the towel rack being across the room from the shower.

Very accommodating staff. My room was ready when I landed at 9am, and they helped us get flowers at a reasonable for my mother despite their usual shop being closed. Great stay overall.

Everything met the highest possible expectatons. A friendly, courteous and helpful greeting, with refreshments on arrival and luggage quickly taken to our room in advance of our going up. A clean, bright, well designed and well equipped room. Very quiet notwithstanding being in a bustling neighborhood. Lots of attractions and shopping within easy walking distance. The onsite restaurant has unique, well prepared and nicely presented selections at fair prices, with wonderful service. The bar had interesting drink options, again with great service. Breakfast was lovely with diverse options. The archaelogical presentation in the lower level, for guests only, is an attraction on its own.

The breakfast menu was great. I wish they had different kind of eggs.
