The resort was OK, convenient, clean, and pretty. The staff was wonderful. There are better hotels in the area, especially if traveling with Kids. The biggest challenges were no breakfast buffet, and no easy, healthy choices, both of which are a dealbreaker when traveling with Kids. There are only two - pricey and nice - restaurants. Café doesn’t count as a legitimate breakfast or healthy lunch option. The other big letdown was the Kids club. It was just sad, my daughter didn’t want to stay or return.

Staff is perfect, service is great! Properly amazing. Amenities - more restaurants would be better. Otherwise, is perfect for couples and quiet relaxing stay.

Beautiful property, wonderful staf, very family and kid friendly. Will definitely be back here.

We enjoyed our stay. The beach was beautiful, though the water was a little chillier than I expected in April and a bit rough. There should be more umbrellas at the beach for sun protection. You have to wake up super early to reserve chairs for the beach or pool. If you’re not there quickly after reserving them, the staff will remove your towels. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the waiters were fabulous. We enjoyed many of the restaurants at the hotel (better than the offsite restaurants we tried), but avoid the Thai one at all costs. It was awful. The food cost for the week was about $2000 which is very expensive. There is absolutely no nightlife at the hotel and no included activities. If we were to return to Cancun (unlikely) we would definitely stay somewhere else with more activities and do all inclusive.
