When you arrive you can tell it's an older building but inside it's not half bad at the front reception and eatery. Once you get to the room everything changes. Like I said it's an older building. Lighting is abysmal whether you turn on the lights or open the curtains. My room was old and you felt it in the bathroom. When showering water coming out of the shower. Mold around the edges of the shower inside. My son's toothbrush went missing on the second day. Couldn't locate it at all and only went missing after the room was cleaned. Not accusing anyone but the fact it didn't turn up is a head scratcher since he loved his giraffe toothbrush. You get what you pay for I guess but don't feel it was a cheap option. For a bit more couldve don't better. They did action all our other requests within 30 minutes which was great.

At Breakfast not enough staff to serve and there was no ambiance in the lounge/dinning area, The Terrance Bar had a lovely view and the atmosphere there was OK. Reception was fantastic and its literately 2mins away from the main tourist attractions and food places. Room was lovely and clean. Overall, a great stay, just a bit of fine tuning,

A very basic room in a simple hotel. Great for a weekend away when most of the time is spent outside of the room seeing sights (or poolside, the pool is rather wonderful!). Maid service was great on day 1 - but days 2-4 were poor, no fresh cups or replenished tea bags, etc. Walls were thin, we could easily hear the conversation (and other nighttime activities!) of our neighbours! So bring your earplugs ;)

A nice quirky hotel, staff polite and very efficient, very recommended.

I would suggest guaranteed access to guests for the top floor bar, without a reservation. The place is extremely popular with outside clients making it almost inaccessible to guests who would like to visit on a whim while staying in this amazing location.

This is a new property. Everything is perfect. Room is at the top shape with modern amenities. It’s spacious with tall ceilings. The courtyard is a great place to have a drink or grab a lunch. Quiet and intimate. The rooftop is a must see. You are literarily facing the cathedral. Lie down by the pool, sip a drink, perfect for holidays. What’s most amazing is the staff here. Everyone is so hospitable, friendly, and helpful. They really have made this a home away from home. Of course, not to mention the location which is right at the center of the town. All in all, this is a great property. Hope they will keep it this way for years to come.
