The place is very modern and clean however they need to get more staff to clean rooms. We went out the majority of the day and around late afternoon housekeeping showed up.

Extremely happy with our stay at Riu Plaza Toronto. The hotel was so clean and well laid out, the breakfast was incredible and the staff were amazing, always smiling and greeting guests. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!
