Great location, great hotel.
The only downfall is in the mornings, you will wait a good 15 minutes or more for an elevator.
I suggest taking the stairs.
Also, Bathroom doors are frosted glass so if you like privacy, this place is not for you.

My room had a distinct smell to it, and I noticed that the dresser wasn’t checked bc there was clothes still in there. The amenities were amazing! The staff, especially Vanessa was extremely helpful. The staff I interacted with has been there for 11 years plus and you can tell that they enjoy their jobs.

I stayed there two years ago for fashion week and it was a classic experience. This trip was taken over by influencers and randoms headed to the rooftop. For the price of a great room I won’t go again. At least, not that weekend. The The HotelChelsea is always consistent. Better fit if wanting vibe and class.

Hotel was good. But for $1000 a night at a hotel in NYC mid September and having no hand soap in the bathroom is what threw me off. I’ve stayed at other hotels in NYC that was a fraction of this price and had these basic things. But overall, hotel service, location, staff, cleanliness was good. 4/5 hotel
