The staff was nice. Some just need to smile more often especially in restaurants. Food could be better. There were only a few restaurants you could go to and not all are open every day. Overall, I’d give it 3.5 to 5 stars.

Above all, the staff was amazing. They were cheerful, happy, and eager to help make our stay perfect.
The food was great, as was the location. I appreciated the three pool zones - the large main center pool, the "fun" pool that had activities and two bars, and the quiet pool for relaxation, all of which are infinity pools that overlook the ocean.
The nightly entertainment was good for the most part, and is probably the one thing I would recommend for improvement. It's one of the requirements I have for choosing a resort, and since it's the only form of entertainment on site (they have transportation to other properties for parties), it could have been better.
The location is great, walkable to downtown, and the beach is swimmable with white sand. Overall, we rate this resort as excellent and would definitely return.
