Loved the location, however, rooms are very dated. Also staff wasn't always friendly.

I’m not sure the location could be bettered for transport links and the staff were fantastic. I hadn’t realised I’d booked a room with a bath rather than shower but for a one night stay the bath was OK. Room supremely quiet despite a busy world right outside. Would book again.

The bathroom could be upgraded. i.e. walk in shower and mixer taps. I was astonished to be charged a service charge for each nights accommodation and breakfast. £86! Naturally I refused to pay. This was a first for me and I do hope it's not going to be the norm.

The Taj Hotel and the staff made a huge difference to our trip to London — Justin, Ifeanyi, Faraz, and Diego were all extremely helpful throughout our stay and made us feel very well looked after. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Any request we made was handled quickly and professionally. We also visited the spa, which was a really nice addition and made the stay feel even more relaxing. Overall, a great experience and one I’d happily recommend. We’ll definitely consider staying again in the future.

Staff are wonderful, Thomas concierge could not have been more helpful. Great hitel

Staff were excellent. Some things about the room needed attention. The pool was great, although there were some tiles missing at the shallow end.
