Lovely hotel and staff, would recommend

Very crowed room no space for nothing bathroom to to small

It was absolutely delightful very clean. People were very friendly. My only concern and it wasn’t nothing to do with them was the language barrier I didn’t speak Portuguese very well, so it was hard to get through that but we found people that also spoke English so it turned out to be great so I really don’t have any complaints. I’d recommend this property to stay five star.

The room had the hot water shut off. The air conditioning vent was missing. Overall the experience of the room was terrible. The floor was filled with paint leftovers. Staff did not even suggested moving rooms.

We stayed at One Shot Palácio Cedofeita for four nights and had a very enjoyable stay. The service was excellent, the location was very convenient for exploring Porto, and the hotel itself is beautifully designed with a lot of character. We particularly enjoyed the Classic Lounge and the lovely outdoor terrace. The public areas are stylish, comfortable and very relaxing, and it was a great place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine after a day exploring the city. The facilities overall were excellent. The only disappointing aspect was the breakfast. The selection was quite limited and the quality could be improved, particularly the coffee, which was below the standard we expected from a hotel of this quality. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would happily stay here again.
