Beautiful and quiet property, the room was very clean and the dinner at their restaurant was delicious. Everyone was very nice as well. My only issue was that the mattress was not comfortable, I could feel the springs in some areas. Other than that, this was a wonderful stay.

Great location and great room. We enjoyed our stay here very much. There was an issue with the elevator on our last day when we were trying to bring our luggage down but not really the staff’s fault. We were only one floor up so just brought everything down the stairs.

The decor was charming. The bedding was extremely comfortable, especially the exceptional pillows. The staff could not have been more helpful. The concierge arranged for a helpful tour, but more important to this foodie reviewer, made wonderful suggestions for restaurants. The only downside was that the room (a single) was small for the price.

We were upgraded for first night of Honeymoon to a two floor suite with balcony upper bedroom. Since we arrived so early from red eye, the concierge guided us on a map to a perfect walking tour of main sites & we took in a museum as well. Absolutely beautiful, just tiring after wedding wknd & travel. We enjoyed a nice nap, then dinner few blocks away that concierge recommended. Gorgeous hotel. Would like to have had time for spa, rooftop and restaurants on Property. Viking ship suggested hotel.

Breakfast is great add if you’d like to have it early and out the way . Cappuccino every morning was amazing

We only spent one night for an airport layover, I wish we could have spent longer. Next Italy trip we will definitely add more days to enjoy the beautiful grounds and amenities.
