"Never experienced any hotel without any receptions on site plus required pre check in even with the reservation? A lot of personal and credit card information were required for online check in which is a high safety concern. After filled out all those info waited out side for 30minutes without any response plus the assistance phone number didn’t pick up until we tried 5 times. Loud AC and bad experience."
"Cockroach in room (noticed late at night). Told staff upon check out, they were apologetic and said manager would be informed.
Room needs maintenance (scratched floors, peeling wallpaper, dusty blinds, stains, etc.)
We were fine for 1 night stay (minus the insect), but I wouldn’t want to stay longer and for the price we paid I expected slightly better.
Reception was very friendly. Nice shared outdoor space. Good location"
"The Riding fool was perfect for our little family! Comfy beds, very clean facilities, great smelling towels and soaps in the washrooms, excellent common room with games and pool table, great place to meet people…and a place to store and fix our bikes to to it off! Common kitchen area with everything. And in central Cumberland where we could walk to everything. We will definitely be back! But for longer:) Thank you so much!!"
