"4 star property- 3 star service. Food is 3 stars- but they have some good options. They have hamburger hotdog chips and tacos for the snack bar. I wish they did more in the area. Like cut up fruit or chicken or salad. The grounds are beautiful and clean I wish they would clean the glass at the pool restaurant it’s an eye sore and with no beach and too much seaweed. "This is a very large resort and lots of walking is required. Very quiet at night, no real place to sit and have a nice drink after hours. Pretty much a ghost town after midnight. They are very happy to give rides if required and staff will a friendly! "

"Tequila restaurant needs to improve its customers satisfaction , I only got reservation at 9pm and most of the items in buffet were missing . Also the buffet at grandtulum needs to refill its food for lunch and dinner times especially when there is still an hour to closing time. Coba buffet and service is very good and satisfying."

"This property is AMAZING! The dining options are over the moon incredible; Thai, Italian, Spanish, Burgers, etc...you name it! The beaches, the pools, the spa ( where you can get massages, manicures and pedicures...AND get your workout in). There's archery, tennis, pickle ball, volleyball, paddle boarding, windsurfing, canoeing and MORE)! I LOVE IT HERE and will DEFINITELY be returning!!!"
