"Every staff member that we dealt with were probably the best I've ever encountered. All were extremely friendly and quick to serve. I feel the young host at breakfast needs a helper. He was checking people in for breakfast while also cleaning and setting up the tables, which created a long line at times. He's definitely a good little worker and deserves to only have to do one or the other. The room itself was very nice and clean, however, the carpeting and the comforter under the duvet had some seriously large stains. The hotel is also within walking distance of the train station and all the restaurants and shops, making it an ideal location if not renting a car. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much."

"Disappointing breakfast. Arrived at 9AM (breakfast was supposed to be til 11AM) - there was no bacon left, bread for toaster was stale. On our first night room was cold. Room had no thermostat. We reported twice to reception. We were told firstly that heating was due to come on at 8pm - it didn’t. They then said boiler would be reset…. It eventually came on at 11.30pm that night as we were going to bed. The safe in the room was out of order. Reception said they had no maintenance personnel to fix either problem until after our departure (we stayed 2 nights Friday and Saturday). They offered to keep our valuables in reception but we didn’t want the inconvenience of returning to reception every time we wanted something (our room was over the road from the main hotel. Reported problems on check out but no compensation offered. Disappointing when we paid over £400 for 2 nights B&B "

"It's in a perfect location for waking from the train station and to dining and entertainment. Good value for the price. "

"Good location, walkable to City Centre and close to nice pubs and restaurants here in the Cathedral District. Also walkable to the Titanic. Late night noise one of the 3 nights due to other guests roaming the halls but no fault to the hotel, other than noise from hallway can be heard."

"Breakfast not included. Too expensive. Some staff were great. Some were snooty and acted superior to the other guests. Dark, horrible lighting in Bathroom. Really could use some updates all around. Kind of rundown. "

"Lovely hotel, good value for the cost. Decent clean rooms, nice beds and linen and great powerful showers. Decent hot breakfast with lots of choice. Staff were all excellent. We left as happy guests."
