"Really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Quite beautiful neighborhood, not far from Paddington Station. The staff was wonderful from check-in to check-out. Having a lift with all our luggage was so nice. I would definitely stay again when visiting London. "

"Location was perfect for me. Staff on check in was great. I was early, but they were very accommodating. Room was ok. Small, but well appointed. It was a “king” bed, but really 2 twins pushed together. Both mattresses comfortable, but you could feel the seam between them. Restaurant attached to the hotel was nice. "Loved the location of this property. I had a small child & we were in Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens every day. It’s also well connected by tube & buses to everywhere you want to go in Central London. Queensway has a myriad of places to eat & is a short walk away. The hotel is older but kept clean so good value for London. The cleaning lady on level 2 was especially nice to us every day."
