"Awesome property, great staff and roomy comfortable accommodations. Breakfast is awesome. On-site restaurant (Kerriges) is superb. Quiet location close to shopping, shows and the Underground. Bring a device that can Cast your content to TV so you don't have to try to find something to watch on the confusing TV/Media System, the channel guide is awful. The WiFi is lightning fast and great for streaming."

"The hotel is very centrally located and in a great spot near a lot of shops, theatres, and restaurants. While the service leaves something to be desired, as you have to check in and get your own room keys on a self-service tablet that is not very customer-friendly, and they do not clean the rooms during your stay. If you want towels, you will have to ask the person in the lobby, and the trash does not get taken out. The room itself was fine, very minimal, but it was clean and had everything you might need. The issue is the toilet. The "room" with the toilet is encased in glass that is frosted. This does not leave any privacy from the rest of the room, and everything can be clearly heard from the toilet to the rest of the room. This hotel is great if you are looking for a fairly reasonably priced room that is centrally located and has the bare necessities and nothing else."

"It’s one of those hotels that is now very dated and was probably still dated 20 years ago. No aircon so not ideal during the summer but room had a fan tbf. Check in was annoying. We looked to check in 1h early annd told to either pay £20 for early check in or £10 per item for storage and come back in 1h. No flexibility and staff refused to budge. First impressions stick so avoid. Did not do breakfast as £18 pp as that’s a crazy price. Overall, room was clean and tidy but avoid due to severe ageing and terrible check in."

"We had a good stay at the Park Plaza for 9 nights. The location is terrific, short walk to Uber Boat, Westminster tube and Waterloo train station. Great views of Big Ben and Parliment buildings. The room was comfortable and clean. Primo Bar, Ichi, and Illy Cafe all had great service and food. Disappointed with Brasserie Joel, food was over cooked and the staff were not friendly at all. They have "prawns" as an appetizer but they were more like salad shrimp. The filet was boring and chewy. This restaurant was not busy and I see why. The hotel is worth the money to stay there."

"The only unique thing about this property was that it was right in the middle of Chinatown, Leicester Square, Covent Gardens, but the bad part was the service at the hotel was horrible ( there was one woman who was pleasant) but all male staff was rude and lazy. The elevator did not work the 9 days I was there and Londonne was having its hottest weekend ever temperatures in the 90s the whole time I was there. They had a homeless man that they would call to help someone with luggage that did not make me feel comfortable.. There were plenty of staff at the counter and they were too lazy to help. The hotel was not busy enough. This was not a four-star hotel at all. I did not realize I booked a windowless room and although the rooms were updated and clean and had air-conditioning. I was disappointed with my room and they would not give me a different room. They actually put me in the basement first, and I was so upset that they moved me to the next floor do not stay here. It was not worth the money. i’m also disappointed with Orbitz for handling my situation. I was on the phone with them for 30 minutes 40 minutes and got nowhere with trying to change my hotel reservation. I have spent thousands of dollars with Orbitz and very upset that the one time I need help you don’t come through."

"Hotel was well decorated and clean. Room was well furnished and also clean. Stayed 3 days, no hot water in the entire building at all the entire second day - staff very unhelpful, could not offer alternative place to shower, could not offer partial refund or other compensation. In addition, £38 for a double gin&tonic and a 330ml Kopparberg at the bar. The bar is very pretty but prices are insane, even for London."
