"It was difficult finding the entrance to this hotel. I got stuck on the back side for 10 minutes. Signage is poor or misleading. I was only able to find the entrance by calling the hotel. Inside the hotel, signage to rooms is also poor. My room had a number that was not marked by any signage. I had to call front desk to find the way to my room. At checkout, I provided the feedback and the staff told me that they are skeptical anything will ever change. Other than that, it is a fine hotel. It is...

"Clean property with accommodating staff. Breakfast typical of hotels in Italy. Close to railroad and bus stations. Good value."

"The hotel is easy to find across from the train station. And its also easy to find if you get your self turned around. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The walk to the historical sites was not far and easy. There are shops near by if you forgot anything."
