"Both my wife and myself felt that the staff person on the front desk really made this hotel special. She was efficient, knowledgeable, provided great directions to the old city and her English is excellent! Very helpful and friendly. The other staff were very good."

"This is a little gem of a hotel in a quiet lane, very close to everything. We did find the people working in our building to be quite loud early in the morning. Also, passers by in the alley late at night were loud too. Other than that, it was a lovely stay. The beds are comfortable lots of space."

"Great place to stay, however, the restaurant was not open during our stay and it was difficult to find a place that was open to eat. Room was great, but the shower was not draining properly. You definitely require some sort of transportation. Overall, I would recommend this Villa."

"Stayed in the the Junior suit with a balcony and beautiful view. The staff is so friendly and helpful like a big family! Typical Italian rustic style but very charming hotel. Lucca only about 8 minutes away by car. Will come back again! Breakfasts are the same every day which is a bit boring . We would like to have more options like a fruit salad / soft fruit and tomatoes and eggs to choose from. Other than that - lovely place to stay. Thank you all for looking after us . "Good hotel, wifi much better on first floor than second -- could boost the signal a bit. I missed the hotel when I got to town and drove around FOREVER looking for it. Turned out, it was REALLY close to the highway exit -- had I looked to the left I would have seen it. Just get off the A-11 and then make a left on the first roundabout (a minor roundabout, looks like a turn). A little awkward to get into, but its REALLY close and convenient. With the language barrier, locals had a hard time...
