"What a lovely gem of a place. Check in was easy, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the owner was lovely. The beds were so comfy, we joked that we’d take them with us. Oh, and there is a cat who was the highlight for myself and my friends (all kitten fosterers). Highly recommended if you find yourself in Levin. "

"I’ve stayed many times and this wee motel is a good price. just the right distance from Wellington to make it really to drive straight onto the ferry the following day. Spotlessly clean. with a family of pukeko waiting for food if you like birds."

"Rather disappointed with some features/condition of the executive studio. Old style taps difficult to use, and two taps worn out and couldn't stop flowing. Couldn't get the plug to work in the sink so unable to wash dishes properly and the shaver point in the bathroom was faulty and not working. "

"We were looking for a place to be able to do breakfast and coffee in the room. Very clean and comfortable. Sky Sports on TV was a bonus. "
