"Everything about the stay was perfect! The staff were efficient, courteous and friendly. The food menus looked great although I had already eaten disappointingly. Theon was great - a good size with a comfortable bed. Bathroom super and the best hotel shower I have had in a long time. Having not stayed here before I will definitely returning before my next Gatwick flight. Well done!"

"We were able to check in early, which wascreally helpful, since we only had one afternoon in London. The hotel is in a convenient location to access the Underground and other teain lines. The bed and pillows were a little hard, but we slept well. The hotel was very clean and quiet!"
