One member of staff said to mention to reception. She said they have a lot of people say about it and they should be doing something about it. Was I was checking out and mentioned to the lady there. She brushed me off and I felt awkward and hurt. She did not care. "

"I honestly did not expect a very secluded green area so close to my home. It is perfect for a peaceful retreat and a tranquil night."

"Stayed for 2 nights BB and couldn’t fault it, front desk were pleasant and alway helpful, along with the staff in the restaurant. Bed was massive, and comfortable. Everything you needed was in your room. This hotel is close to the park & ride, so very handy for getting in and out of Oxford, and last bus runs till after 11pm. "

"Lovely 4 night stay at the Leonardo Royal. The room was spacious and bed really confortable. The room also had with a good selection of teas and coffees wuth flavoured water and snacks freely available in reception. "

"The room was perfect for me and had one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. The staff were excellent - friendly and helpful at all times. I had both dinner (click and collect) and breakfast (eat in) at the diner and the food was fantastic. "

"we were on a 2 day visit to Oxford and needed a good hotel near to everything, this ticked all the boxes and it was quite. Great rooms, very comfy beds and excellent breakfast. There is a roof top terrace which is great for a drink in an evening."
