"Conveniently located for travel via Heathrow airport. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Overnight parking is available but relatively expensive for what it is. On the whole would return and would recommend to friends within parameters of expectation and price"

"Great venue value for money . But breakfast was a real let down . Had the potential to be good , presented well but actually awful - overcooked , cold and left un replenished early on in the breakfast session on a Sunday . Not worth £18 per person at all . "

"What a great spot. Short drive from the airport and right in the river with an amazing walkway. Adults only so quit a few business meetings happening in the eclectic lobby, lots of seating from regular tables to sofas and chairs. Very clean and felt safe. I booked this while I was coming from the US not knowing what to expect and it was perfect. They are doing some remodeling so I assume it will be even better. Front desk was exceptional as well. Very helpful "

"Tired bedrooms and some stains on the mattress showing through to the bedsheets. Some areas needing to be deeper cleaned tops of curtains and some holes under desk area which have not been filled. No escalators from basement so if you have luggage be aware there are two flights of stairs to go up with your baggage. Positives, comfy bed and clean bathrooms and good service. "

"Just stayed overnight while visiting relatives.The hotel is new so very clean. The restaurant is rather overpriced though so probably would not eat there again."

"Love the water fountain near my room ( love this as I don’t drink tap water) only down side was that the room next door where speaking loudly in the night and the walls are to thin. "

"It was adequate without being exceptional. I was expecting a bit more from Holiday Inn group! Staff were good ,friendly and helpful ! Room facilities were a bit dated- no USB charging points, tired A/C, carpets and fittings. Car parking was useful"

"Absolutely amazing place. Gym,Pool, sauna jacuzzi hotel all under one roof. Plus a Starbucks! And a lovely resteraunt. Other than slight issue with the coffee machine for the morning breakfast, everything was lovely "
