"通常のスタンダード2ベットルームをリクエストして予約していたが、アサインされた部屋は1ベットルームで車椅子の方が使用するバスタブの無い部屋だった。エキストラベットを入れてもらったが、アクセシブルルームで気分も下がりました。バスタブが欲しくてハリウッドホテルを選んだためアクセシブルルーム以外が良かったです。"
