"It’s definitely worth staying. The staff are very friendly. The location is convenient, shuttle bus to the park and subway is located at the hotel front door. The restaurant is very expensive in the hotel, the buffet breakfast is worth the money if you take it as a brunch and take the opportunity to interact with Disney friend. My 23months son had a very happy time playing with Donald Duck. A big thank you to the staff! "

"The front desk staff are professional and friendly. They are well trained. They were able to check us in early despite we arrived at the hotel early at 10 AM. The hotel location is super convenient, it is close to a subway station and close to all major shopping areas (Temple Street, Lady Street, and Nathan Road). Will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we are in Hong Kong. The concierge desk staff are super friendly too. Very reasonably priced by Hong Kong standards , perfect location with great access to MTR , Kowloon , and Central Hong Kong island (via Star ferry, 2 minutes walk away ) Rooms to a good standard , comfy bed , toiletries , fluffy towels ( great after a long haul flight ) All staff efficient and helpful . I would highly recommend and will definitely use again when I return "
