"The staff were fantastic very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. The room was perfect with a great view of the harbour. The whole hotel was neat and tidy with everything you would need for a great stay. The restaurant has a sea view and the food was perfect. The breakfast is a must a full help yourself buffet with everything you could possibly want and more! Also the hotel has a large car park. I highly recommend this place! "

"From check in to check out, the service provided was excellent. The staff were ever helpful and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The food options ranged from exceptional restaurant to bar snacks, all of which were delicious. The ‘sports facilities’ were limited but more than adequate. Lovely walk around the estate. We will definitely return. "

"The rooms had no natural light due to the windows/balconies overlooking the inside restaurant and bar. This was very strange and also meant we lacked privacy. Other than this everything was fine. "

"The property was fine except the advert said free parking and this was incorrect as we had to pay £5.00 per night. The service at reception was very good. the dining room experience was way below what one expects. The bread bins were empty at breakfast. there were no croissants available and no milk. I believe there was not enough staff to cope with the number of guests. We had an evening meal on our last night and the service was very slow and when our meals did arrive the vegetables were cold...

"This was a trip with our dogs which turned out to be outstanding. Super dog friendly hotel and staff. Room overlooking the cricket ground with good balcony ( apart from glass sides). Match on the Friday was an education for a non cricket person. Walks for muts were fabulous and straight from hotel. Breakfast was very pleasant. All in all a very nice stay and a huge surprise as the Hilton didn’t feel like a huge soulless chain. Will stay again. "
