"The staff was AMAZING! We left some luggage with them for a couple of days as we explored other areas f Poland and Czech Republic. When we got back it was in our room. Best breakfast options ever. We were late getting back and tired. We ate in the restaurant there. Absolutely delicious. I would stay here and only here. Walked across the street and old town krakow with it beautiful park was right there. "

"Quiet and clean. I wish it had a lobby though for us to sit. Be aware rooms are very dark (not a lot of lighting or natural light) I know that's the whole aesthetic but it did make it difficult to put on make up or just see clearly in the room. Everything else was perfect. Good AC, big spacious room, comfy bed. "

"Lovely hotel right in the centre of Krakow, only few minutes walk down one street and you’re in the main square. Staff on reception were all really helpful and friendly as were those working in the restaurant at breakfast time. Very pleasant, mannerable and friendly. We stayed in a superior room on the second floor, spacious with all required amenities, loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom."

"This is an excellent hotel. The staff are especially friendly and efficient. It’s located in a convenient area with a 10 minute walk to the centre and 2 minutes from the river and Wawel Castle. There was some road works going on close to the hotel, but they’re likely to be completed soon. Overall an excellent place to stay in Kracow. "

"There was nothing we disliked about Hotel Grodek. It was a lovely little Hotel and the staff were super-friendly and very helpful. The Hotel is superbly located and is excellent value for money. We would thoroughly recommend it to anyone visiting krakow."

"Very nice place to stay right on the market square. Had a suite and it was truly amazing, and very clean just like the rest of the establishment. Example one morning after breakfast, one of the staff was cleaning the elevator to include the mirror. Staff was very nice and courteous. Breakfast was so delicious and freshly made. Ate dinner in the restaurant one night and it was amazing and again staff was great. I would stay here again if I plan to go to Krakow again. "

"Hotel H15 Francuski is a beautiful olde world classic hotel, beautifully decorated and well situated with access to all parts of Krakow Old Town. The good service was very good, the mediocre service was, well, mediocre, and unfortunately it was a mix of both.
