"Perfectly positioned in a quiet street 5 minutes walk from the Duomo. The reception staff speak excellent English, and are very helpful. The restaurants they recommended were very good, and were all within easy walking distance (old Florence is not a place to take your car due to narrow streets and limited parking). "The property was located off the beaten path, across from a lovely park, which made it very quiet. Our room was HUGE and VERY comfortable! The staff was lovely and extremely helpful with cabs, directions, reservations, etc. etc. I would definitely stay here again, and look forward to returning!"

"This property is stunning. Our room was comfortable, clean, and exquisitely designed. Our only complaint is that there is not food available midday. They have a room service menu, but they don’t actually have the items available outside of dinner time (even though the menu says otherwise). It was only an issue when we first arrived very tired, as there are plenty of food options close to the hotel."
