"5 star experience. Very clean hotel. Bed/ linens were comfortable and high end. Everything was controlled via iPad, super easy and efficient. Drinks/ snacks were free in the mini bar. Loved it here and had a great experience. "

"The quality of service, has deteriorated considerably especially in front desk. The restaurant service was never good in this hotel, starting from the two lady hosts in the morning, waiters who are far from caring, absolutely indifferent and unhappy people waiters ( one time they brought me another food, something I did not order ). On the other hand, they have an impeccable house keeping service. The hotel, rooms, location all are very very good. "

"I love The Plaza Hotel , is a landmark Architecture, history, location. Wonderful service, especially concierge services. Bathrooms could use more maintenance. All in all, still my favorite hotel in NYC"

"A great hotel that is centrally located...shopping, and fine dining and so close to Central Park. Everything was 1 environmentally sustainable. But one that struck me was how wonderful and friendly the staff were... everyone was so welcoming. I love 1 Hotel and will stay here when I return to NYC."

"Expensive but worth it. Two adults & 2 younger kids. We got a one bedroom suite that was HUGE. Most of the reasonably priced rooms in the city are the size of shoe boxes. NOTE: though they list that the room sleeps 4 , it doesn’t without rollaways. But the rooms are so big that the rollaways fit no problem. Bed was comfy. Room was quiet-never heard neighbors above, below, or to the sides. Usual NYC noise on the street at all hours but not bad with a white noise machine. Ask for a higher...
