"There were problems with the shower handle which dropped off on two of our three day stay and the battery for our room entry had to be replaced which caused some inconvenience as I am a double amputee. The staff responded quickly but did not fix the shower tap properly. My wife and I received a complementary Starbucks coffee each for the inconvenience."
