We found it quite noisy as we backed on the lane where trucks came and emptied dumpsters before 7 am, as well as the very near and busy fire department. Guess that’s downtown living! "I will start with what I liked; I loved that they have a golf cart shuttle to take you back and forth to the downtown Broadway area, rooms were clean with a refrigerator and microwave and comfy beds.I didn’t like the overpriced soda, bottled water and items in the bodega. The pool area isn’t amazing because of it is situated between the sides of the building and that blocks a lot of the sun. "
