Air conditioned apartment for 2. Situated at Port nature Colline 2, 1st floor without lift. Night area with a 140 cm bed. kitchen area with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine... Separate bathroom and WC. Large terrace with shutter. parking n°50.

Security deposit : 380 euros. Administration fee : 29 euros. Local tourist tax to be paid 1.44 euro per day; per adult. Renting of sheets and towels : 20 euros. Cleaning from 80 euros or can be done yourself upon departure. Arriving : From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24h to notify us of any malfunctions. Departure before 11am : make an appointment when you arrive to carry out the inventory. Please send us your civic liability insurance, without the insurance will cost 24 euros.
