Hotel ticks all the boxes for us - free car park, free wifi with decent speed, clean, free simple breakfast with good variety, friendly and helpful staff. Only a few minutes easy walk to ferry terminal to go into Hamburg city - a good, cheap and convenient way of seeing the ports and harbour views. "No staff on site. Serms like the hotel is about to be refurbished or in between owners. However nice room and nice view!"

"The main mattress was very uncomfortable, I could feel the inner metal parts, and dirty underneath, I had to pull out the little one from below to sleep on it. Also, nobody on reception the hole weekend."
