Private parking (1 space) This comfortable, fully equipped apartment is located on a private property in the heart of Aix. A peaceful setting in a quiet neighborhood, with parking and a private courtyard. Apartment in the heart of Aix-les-Bains, a spa town full of character, ideally located between lake and mountains. Just 25 km from the Savoie Grand Revard summer and winter resort and 1.5 km from the beaches of Lac du Bourget, the largest natural lake in France. The Aix-les-Bains racecourse is 5 km away, and Chambéry, the former capital of the Dukes of Savoy, is 18 km away. Major mountain passes such as La Chambotte (14 km) and Le Revard (22 km) are easily accessible, providing an ideal environment for nature and outdoor recreation enthusiasts.
