"The staff were extremely friendly, I especially want to give an honorable mention to Anas, who went above and beyond to make our experience even better. He was extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed anything. His hospitality really stood out to us and made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. The property was beautiful, but the room had a mildew smell and the bathrooms were odd where the toilet was not in the same room as the sink or the shower."

A special thank you to Rami Aljaarat, Front Desk Manager, who was extremely helpful and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make our stay special and kindly arranged an upgrade to a beautiful room with an amazing view of the Dead Sea. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We truly appreciated Rami’s hospitality and attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Marriott Dead Sea."
