Luxury Family Retreat - Hot Tub, Game Room

New construction in 2023. Spacious luxury 6 bed room and 3 bathroom house conveniently located less than a mile from the Towamensing trails lake and community center. Game room with Shuffle Board, Arcade Game and Foosball. Very close to major Pocono attractions (White Water rafting/Kayaking/Canoeing, Paint ball, Skiing, Horseback riding, Biking/Hiking trails, Pocono Raceway, Wineries, Fishing, etc).

Community amenities – lake, pool (seasonal), community center and more. Amenities can be closed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. No swim diapers in main pool. The HOA allows 8 guest passes complimentary, usable at the amenities.
Additional pool/lake passes can be purchased at community center daily for $10 with rental packet and photo ID. ** House and linens are professionally cleaned and sanitized between stays and are included
