Villa Samoa is an impressive property in Albufeira, just 5 minutes from the best beaches and close to all amenities. With capacity for 12+2 guests, it offers 6 bedrooms, including 2 on the ground floor (1 with bunk beds and 1 with a double bed en-suite) and 4 on the first floor (2 with double beds en-suite and 2 with single beds).



The house has a spacious living room and a bright dining area, ideal for meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen or on the outdoor patio. On the lower floor, there is a games room with a bar and snooker.



Villa Samoa offers free internet, air conditioning, and all the comfort for a stress-free holiday. Outside, enjoy a private pool (heatable as an optional extra), sun loungers, a patio with a seating area and barbecue, perfect for summer meals.



Located on a quiet street in Santa Eulália, it is just minutes from restaurants, bars, and beaches such as Santa Eulália and Praia da Oura. Other points of interest include Rua da Oura, with its lively nightlife, Praia dos Pescadores, and Albufeira's historic centre.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 12 guests.

From the 13th to the 14th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
