Liked the peaceful location and the willingness of the vast majority of staff to make our stay enjoyable, especially Pepe in the Restaurant. Didn't like the fact that our room was nearly 2 hours late being ready when we arrived. After much prevarication the receptionist eventually told us it was caused by the late check-out of previous occupants but this should not have impacted on us. The receptionist also blamed Expedia for giving us the wrong check-in time and there was initially no apology. The situation wasn't helped by seeing everyone else being allocated their room immediately. Not a great start but things did improve and we had a good time.

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review about your most recent stay at the NAU Morgado Golf & Country Club. We are sorry that check-in did not went as you were expecting, but happy that at the end you were happy with the full experience.The check-in starts at 4pm, and when possible we are pleased to allowed our guests to check-in earlier then the expected time. However, due to the great number of check-outs, sometimes, as much as we would like to, it is impossible.
