Such a great villa - big pool and beautiful grounds and outdoor BBQ/dining area perfect for social cooking, dining and playing cards. Inside of the villa was well laid out and maid service changing bed linen and towels was appreciated. Host was readily available to answer any queries we had. Didn’t walk into Carvoeiro as seemed a bit hilly but Ubers were only €6 euros. Walked down to the cliffs from the villa easily - such beautiful views. Nearby beaches were very pretty and we had some excellent meals out. Played golf a couple of times too. Villa is perfectly located - everything we wanted within 10 minute drive. We were pleased to have an Apolonia supermarket nearby - a bit more expensive but excellent quality produce. We definitely hope to return

The location of the house is great in a very pleasant environment. The pool is great for everyone. Children must be good swimmers. The location of the house is ideally situated to reach sights and beaches in a relatively short time. The sofa in the living room is not the most comfortable but it looks nice. I

Spectacular September
Excellent natural lighting in the main living areas. The mosquito nets on all windows are an excellent aspect as it allows ventilation. Pool and garden areas also superb. Some instructions on how to operate the TV/media centre would be great, but the owner was extremely responsive to our odd problem. The management company also respected our wish to reduce maid/cleaner visits which was very much appreciated. Overall, an excellent experience

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. You couldn’t fault one single thing. The layout of the villa is PERFECT for summer stays. The kitchen is beautifully laid out so it is easily accessible for meals outdoors. The rooms are impeccable, spacious and welcoming. There were a lot of toys that my toddler was very happy to see. Having a cleaner available for most of the days except for the weekend made for a seamless holiday. Landscaping of the property is an added bonus as it is so beautiful. We spent a lot of time watching the sunset on the rooftop overlooking the ocean. The heated pool right next to an outdoor bathroom/shower is what makes this property perfect for families. Communication with staff was easy. It’s also worth mentioning that the villa is located in a very elite and exclusive neighbourhood. Look no further!

Great family holiday.
Fantastic holiday and great villa for having some time out. Good pool but no ball games sadly as couldn’t stand up anywhere but still used everyday. Good kitchen and facilities - cooked everyday. Problem with water being off one day was annoying and a faulty kettle tripping the electrics both on days we’d planned to stay in and cook/chill but resolved very quickly and hosts responded immediately. Spacious living area great for watching films, playing games etc inside and out. AC didn’t work in one of the rooms but only found that out from my son on day of departure so not able to have it fixed whilst we were there. Great location for exploring the Algarve - we drove 50mins for surfing beaches and 10-15mins for jumping off cliff and snorkelling beaches. Lots of nice cafes and eateries in carvoeiro to choose from we went to Taste and a pizzeria both were perfect but having a bbq in the evening by the pool in the evening at the villa was pretty hard to beat. Thank you!!! Would definitely recommend.

Dear Caty, thank you very much for your review. During summer water is turned off on some days for all households during daytime and is not specific for the villa. Sorry for the problems with the kettle we immediately exchanged. We will look for the A/C. Looking forward to welcome you again.

Lovely spacious, and very well appointed property, with a gorgeous garden to lounge in. Perfect for visiting both the local beaches and walls in the mountains. Very well cared for by the housekeeping and gardening services. Thoroughly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
We stayed for 2 weeks with our 2 young children and had an absolutely wonderful time. The heated pool was actually heated enough for long dips in the pool, which is apparently very rare here in Portugal in late February/early March. Also, there is actual heating (NOT just space heaters) which kept the house comfortable at night when the temperatures can get quite cold. The kitchen was well-stocked for proper cooking with all the requisite appliances and cookware and both the interior and the exterior were comfortable and lovely. As an extra, unexpected bonus, there were loads of games, puzzles and toys that the boys thoroughly enjoyed. I really don't have anything negative to say--we loved our stay there and are already talking about looking into renting it for a longer stay this summer.

Best Family Holiday
The villa was excellent in so many ways and a lot of thought has been given by the owner to what visitors enjoy. It is a very attractive villa set in a lovely private location with a mature, well kept garden. It is equipped to a very high standard throughout and kept clean by the daily maid service and twice weekly gardening and pool cleaning service. We visited with our son, daughter-in-law and two small grandsons. Toys were provided both inside and in the pool, providing great pleasure to both of the grandchildren and even the adults! I would recommend having the pool heated. We did and the small children were able to use it for long periods without being too cold. The outside oven and dining area proved popular with everyone and we cooked and ate outside on several evenings. One small point, the directions could possibly be improved as our taxi driver had difficulty finding it on the evening we arrived. He said a GPS Lat/Long would have helped. A call to the management office soon resolved the problem. We rented a car from a local company recommended by the management company. It was delivered to the villa the morning after we arrived which saved having to deal with it at the airport with two tired children! We consider this one of the nicest villas we have rented. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful and answered email queries straight away. It was definitely one of our nicest family Holidays!

A lovely spacious villa with fabulous outside space all very clean and well equipped.
This a very relaxing place to stay, with so many areas to sit inside and out. Plenty of sun loungers pool floats and 2 great shaded eating / sitting areas. The a lovely pool area and outside bbq. Everything is well looked after with pool cleaning and gardening and a very helpful cleaner coming in every week day. The villa was spotless when we arrived and kept that way throughout our week by Adelia. Would definitely book again if we come back to the area

Fantastic week in the beautiful Algarve
The villa is everything the other reviewers have said, and more, and the photographs don't do it justice. The whole experience of booking through HomeAway was excellent, Nicolai the owner was extremely helpful in all correspondence and the villa is stunning and with everything you could need for a perfect break, including wifi throughout and inflatables etc for the pool, which was refreshingly cool even in the July sun. The only thing lacking was a few more English channels on the TV, although we hardly had time to watch it anyway. The villa is only a 2 minute walk from the tennis club, which is very nice and has an eat-all-you-can buffet every Tuesday for only 12 Euros and 50 cents each (but you need to book by the Sunday before). There are lots of good eating places in Carvoeiro which is a 5 minute drive away or a 20 minute walk - we drove down at night, got a taxi back for between 5 and 8 Euros and walked back down in the morning to pick the car up. For sightseeing I can thoroughly recommend the boat tour of the sea caves, which go from Carvoeiro beach, as well as the dolphin watching tours that go from nearby Ferragudo. The sand sculptures at the Fiesa exhibition are incredible and well worth a visit. To summarise - a fantastic villa in an excellent location in a beautiful country - what more could you want?!

The perfect choice!
We very much enjoyed Casa Corrida where we spent with our family a winter month. We were welcomed with flowers in the living-room and on the terrasse, and felt at home right away.The house is comfortable, nicely designed, immaculate and well equipped. The heating system and the fireplace (with wood at disposal), as well as international channels were very much appreciated. A beautiful garden, very well maintained, and with a lot of flowers makes the landscape around the house very, very pleasant for a leisure walk. Carvoeiro has a lovely beach with great walking areas, even near the house, on top of the cliffs. Definitely, we hope to have a chance to come back to this beautiful place.

Wonderful.
This villa surpassed all our expectations, it was beautiful, bright and spacious, my immediate reaction was that I would return, I was so impressed with the place. The furnishings are lovely, there's an abundance of crockery etc and every conceivable utensil is available.. The outside seating areas /BBQ were fantastic and the sun shone on the pool for 12 hrs each day. The only thing that didn't suit our party was the depth of the pool....it was too deep for even the adults to stand in which is great for swimming but not so good for holding up kids learning to swim. The gardens are beautiful, and provide so much space and privacy in such a peaceful location.

Amazing villa!
Clearly furnished to a high level and manages to be rustic and modern at the same time. It has the benefit of having neighbours (who we never saw) but at the same time totally secluded. We were slightly unlucky that the weather wasn't warm enough (23) to use the pool much but when we did we were really impressed at how beautifully clean the water was. Very quiet area which suited us fine. Overall very enjoyable holiday.

Wonderful place to stay and relax
The property is separated from the neighbors, so you can move completely freely and carefree. The house is large, well cut and offers everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped and sufficiently large. We had a very pleasant time and would always come back. What is also to be read in the brochure in the accommodation but before as info would have been nice is that workers for garden and pool suddenly appear unannounced and do their work. Yes, this must also be done but so completely unannounced we were a bit scared when suddenly people came to the property. But all in all it was a very nice stay. Thank you.

Wonderful days in an incredible place
Both the house and the surrounding area exceeded our expectations. The house is located in an incredibly quiet, beautiful place and very close to the centre of Carvoeiro. There are several beaches nearby (10 m by car). The owner was from the first contact very attentive, and always available to provide all necessary clarification. Great Experience!

Wiedersehen mit dem Carvoeiro Club nach vier Jahren
Die Familie hat den Aufenthalt im Casa Corrida sehr genossen. Gute Ausstattung, nur Bidets in den Bädern haben wir vermisst. Der gepflegte Garten hat uns alle begeistert. Also rundherum alles prima!

Wir haben hier im Hause Corrida unseren 5-wöchigen Urlaub sehr genossen. Eine Traumlage, die Ruhe, richtig zum entspannen. Die Villa entspricht mehr, als beschrieben!!!! Alles ist auf einer sehr hohen Qualität ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Ein grosses Lob an die Haushälterin Adelija und Fatima, die einen super Job erledigt haben, ebenso die Gärtner und der Poolservice. Die Verwaltung ( Kalkbrenner) vor Ort, war immer für einen da. Wir danken Herrn Ding, dass wir dieses tolle Anwesen mieten durften und freuen uns jetzt schon, im kommenden Dezember hier wieder unseren Urlaub zu verbringen. Es hat alles super geklappt. Ein kleines Paradies in ruhiger Siedlungslage
Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in dieser Villa verlebt. Check in und Check out waren total unkompliziert. Alles war super gepflegt und sauber. Das gesamte Personal hat einen sehr guten Job gemacht. Adelic hat zu jederzeit sehr sauber geputzt und das total unaufdringlich. Die Bilder spiegeln nur ansatzweise wieder, wie schön es wirklich in der Villa und auf dem Grundstück ist. Wir konnten immer draußen frühstücken und dank der zusätzlichen Buchungsoption "beheizter Pool", haben wir diesen ausgiebig genutzt. Der Meerblick von der Dachterrasse ist besonders beim Sonnenuntergang wunderschön. Aber auch der Morgenkaffee lässt sich da oben super genießen. Aus unserer Sicht ist Carvoeiro der optimale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die nähere oder weitere Umgebung. Schön war's in der Casa Corrida! Einziger Kritikpunkt: Der Hydromeißel in der Nachbarschaft, der an 6 Tagen in der Woche von morgens bis abends (Samstag nur bis 12 Uhr) in Betrieb war. Aber das ist zum Glück vorübergehend und liegt ja auch nicht in der Hand des Vermieters. Davon abgesehen, war es eine total ruhige Umgebung. Alles in allem, eine ganz klare Weiterempfehlung der Villa. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ein Traum an der Algarve.
Man kann zu diesem Objekt nur sagen erstklassig mit Stern. Angefangen von der Buchung, über die Betreuung Vorort ,der Reinigungskraft, die Lage sowie dem Zustand des Hauses alles ist sehr gut.Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet ,die Sanitäreneinrichtungen sind sehr sauber, der Garten schön angelegt.Dieses Haus würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.Vielen Dank für 14 schöne Tage.

Komfortabler und entspannter Urlaub
Das Objekt ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben unseren Urlaub auf dem großzügigen und schön eingewachsenen Grundstück sehr genossen. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet und gut geschnitten. Den Platz am Grill haben wir sehr genossen, da man hier jederzeit geschützt sitzen kann. Wir kommen gern wieder. Check in Check oft sowie alle weiteren administrativen Dinge wurden unkompliziert abgewickelt. Stets freundlicher Kontakt seitens Verwaltung und Personal (Reinigungskraft, Poolmann und Gärtner). Wir haben sehr schöne Ferien in der Casa Corrida verlebt!

Wunderbares Ferienhaus - ideal für Kinder und Erwachsene
Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche im Haus verbracht. Die Kinder waren total begeistert von dem vorhandenen Spielzeug und den Brettspielen und haben den beheizten Pool sehr genossen. Insgesamt ein ruhige Gegend und durch die großzügigen Parzellen sehr privat. Aufmerksamer vor Ort Service durch die Agentur, eine schöne Erfahrung. Der BBQ mit der al-fresco Diningecke ist fantastisch gewesen und wurde durch uns immer wieder genutzt. Wir haben unseren (leider recht kurzen) Urlaub sehr genossen und würden sicherlich nochmal das Haus buchen.

We really enjoyed our stay in Carvoeiro and the villa! Beautiful surroundings and the hike to Ferragudo was fantastic. Great that the house was so close to the tennis club where we spent some hours. The villa was just perfect - clean, great comfort and the pool and garden was super!

Zum Meerblick ist zu ergänzen, dass dieser von der Dachterrasse zu sehen ist und vom Garten aus je nach Schnitt der Bäume auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Die Häuser im Carvoeiro Club sind alle ohne Zirkulationspumpe gebaut. Es dauert zwischen 30s und 1 min bis heißes Wasser kommt. Ich würde mich freuen Sie bald wieder in Casa Corrida begrüßen zu dürfen.

Villa aussi agréable qu'entrevue avec les photos : grande, spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. La piscine bien que non chauffée, était à température idéale .. en nageant, et ce pour un mois d'Octobre. Mer un peu loin à atteindre à pieds (cela monte, monte..) mais nous avions la voiture. Semaine très agréable pour découvrir cette région du Portugal. Mon esprit est encore là-bas !

Sehr schöne Villa in traumhafter Lage
Die sehr schöne Villa befindet sich in einem Top-Zustand. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen dort und haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag super wohlgefühlt. Die Räumlichkeiten sind mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Selbstversorger können sich in der großen gut ausgestatteten Küche richtig auslassen. Um den großen Pool ist ausreichend Platz für Liegen und Stühle, so dass es sich dort wunderbar relaxen lässt. Der Kontakt mit Herrn Ding war ausgezeichnet. Fragen unsererseits wurden schnell beantwortet. Das gleiche gilt für die Hausverwaltung. Auch hier standen uns Herr Kalkbrenner und sein Team jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Traumhafte Villa in der man seinen Urlaub so richtig genießen kann.

Super maison
La maison correspond bien au descriptif et au photos elle est même plus jolie en vraie que sur les. Photos elle tres bien équipée il ne manque rien Si la maison est disponible l'année prochaine à cette epoque je serai interresse pour la loue. Nicolai votre maison est super. Seul petite défaut il faudrai des rideaux occultant dans les chambres car. Le jours rentre . Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Sehr schön, sehr ruhig... tolle und erholsame Unterkunft
Renoviertes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung, ruhig gelegen, toller Pool und Garten mit reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten. Man merkt sofort, daß der Vermieter das Haus selbst nutzt! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt! Gerne noch einmal....

Entspannter und gepflegter Urlaub
Hallo liebe Familie Ding, wir haben uns in Ihrer Traumvilla sehr wohl und zu Hause gefühlt. Beeindruck waren wir von dem sehr großen und äußerst reichhaltig bepflanzten Grundstück. Die Villa an sich ist sehr schön,und bietet allen modernen Komfort das so ein Haus heutzutage mitbringen sollte. Sehr gepflegt,die Reinigungskraft,der Poolservice und der Gärtner kamen, wie in der gelben Mappe beschrieben wurde, zu Ihren Zeiten regelmäßig. Der Kontakt mit der Familie Ding und dem Hausverwalter Kalkbrenner war sehr gut. Die Zusammenarbeit klappte super! Haben uns in dem Haus und auf dem Grundstück sehr wohl gefühlt. Können wir nur jedem empfehlen der einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub machen möchte. Als Anregung vielleicht,sollte zur Anreise als Grundausstattung, Zucker,Gewürze und eine Zewarolle als Erstausstattung nicht fehlen. Ansonsten ist alles ausreichend vorhanden. Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus, ruhige Lage
Wir kennen die Casa Corrida schon seit vielen Jahren und machen dort sehr gern Familien-Urlaub. Diesmal zu 6 Personen. Die Renovierung ist sehr gut gelungen. Da alle Familienmitglieder gern kochen, finden wir natürlich die gute Ausstattung der Küche optimal. Nur in ein vernünftiges Kartoffelschälmesser mussten wir investieren. Das bleibt da fürs nächste Mal. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett.

Traumhaft...!
Traumhaft schöne Villa, vor kurzem erst sehr geschmackvoll renoviert. Praktisch und wichtig die Insektengitter vor jeder Tür und vor jedem Fenster. Die durchgängige Wassertiefe von 1,80 m im Pool könnte evtl. für einige zum Problem werden... (man sollte schwimmen können...:-)

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Es freut mich, dass Ihnen der Urlaub gefallen hat. Ja, der Pool hat eine durchgängige Tiefe von ca. 1,8 m. Daher haben wir beim Umbau eine Treppe einbauen lassen um dort im Wasser stehen und sitzen zu können. Es würde mich freuen Sie wieder begrüßen zu dürfen.
