Villa Maldives is a charming house located in Galé, just 650m from São Lourenço beach and 900m from Galé beach. This villa is the ideal location to spend family vacations, as in the surrounding area you will find everything you need, supermarkets, various restaurants, bars, without the need for a car to move around.



This property has 3 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, two located on the first floor with two single beds each, and another on the ground floor with a double bed, where there is also a service bathroom.



It also features a pleasant pool located at the back, a barbecue area where you can prepare barbecues with your family, living room and also a wonderful terrace on top of the house where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset.



The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, ironing board and iron. The living room, quite cozy and comfortable, has TV and DVD available, with direct access to the pool area, which makes late afternoons quite pleasant. Internet access is free and available throughout the house.



Villa Maldives is located in the Galé area, just a 10-minute drive from Albufeira. There are a variety of excellent restaurants and bars within a short walking distance, and a supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away. Galé and Lourenço beaches are both a short walk away.



It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the reservation, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.



The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



There are some restrictions for group bookings.

A booking, insurance and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 6 people.

From the 7th to the 9th person, an additional charge will be applied that includes an additional bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies / toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
