Mr Stewart your comment about your stay at the property is regrettable as well as your behavior as a guest. When you arrived, it wasn't even time for check-in and we, in a friendly way, even let you in ahead of time. As you entered before the scheduled and official check-in time, you still had to adjust the shower cord as you had just bought a new one to replace the old one. As we were kind enough to let you in before the usual check-in time for customers, we regret that you did not have the understanding to understand that for you to enter we had to replace that part with you at the property. Regarding the electric blinds, they actually broke down during your stay and were not broken before you entered. As this is electrical material for specific parts that did not exist in the area (in the Algarve) I had to wait for the parts to arrive (new engine and new slats) and unfortunately this cannot be achieved in the short period of a stay. We are talking about the blinds on a window in the living room that faces the balcony, which were working when you entered the house. As for the keys, I think your explanation of having left the keys outside the house in a common access area to the building inside an electricity box does not even deserve comment. You had to check in by 11am and as it was impossible for me to receive the keys, I just had to leave them inside the house. It was the first time that we had someone in the apartment who left the keys outside the house and if you didn't understand my messages of concern that I couldn't find the keys and eventually having to have the lock cylinder replaced with guests arriving, it reveals a lot of lack common sense on your part. I am sorry for your complaints and I do not intend to have guests like you again. As you might guess, I didn't charge you the costs of repairing the electric blinds or changing the lock cylinder. As for the code for the room safe, I'm still waiting for you to tell me what code you put in because the safe is closed and without the code you entered it can't be opened.
