the hotel staff and location is great. food choices are limited. Spa is fantastic.

Rotten fruits in s new room and the staff is not responding properly they are using other clients credit cards for existing bookings and violate several rules they should have in place to make a stay pleasant
Apologies don’t exist and they are always right and make this stay an embarrassing experience

The Management is not capable to resolve the gate of the entrance of the property. The average waiting time to access the security gate is 25 min and the guards sleep literally.
Mini Bar won’t be filled up even if you call them 3 times exceptionally lazy staff.
5 Star Hotel can’t deliver a scoop of icecream with room service.
The most used term in the W is Not Possible and that’s the wrong word on a 850 EUR a night Suite.

One of the best experience we have had. Service is outstanding. Food as well. Rooms are very contemporary done with well taste. Heated pool was so nice to dip in knowing the day we came wasn't the warmest. Live DJ by the pool was a fun surprise. Can't wait to return!
