A gem in Alicante
A wonderful modern apartment within walking distance to everything. Jessy was helpful and considerate with all communication. I highly recommend one staying here while in Alicante.

Small but perfectly formed
We stayed here for 5 weeks during winter. The apartment was well-designed, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The heating was very effective and heated rooms quickly, we were never cold. Jessy was extremely easy to deal with and went beyond our expectations when there was a very minor problem - he fixed it within a couple of hours. He kept in touch to make sure all was well with our stay. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for central accommodation in Alicante.

Excellent stay in Alicante!
The stay in Alicante was amazing! The apartment was in a perfect location. Jessy was a great host. He greeted us upon arrival, was available for any questions we had, and checked in to be sure we were doing ok. He checked us out and even helped us book a taxi to the airport. We would stay here again!

Fantastic place!
My partner and I had a wonderful stay here! We could walk all over the city and it was very clean. Jessy is so helpful too! The check in process was easy and he had perfect suggestions when we needed them.

Great apartment & Great hosting
We had a lovely stay in this apartment, a perfect base to explore Alicante and its surroundings from. Jessy was a really great host with fantastic communication. During check-in he really took great care in showing the apartment and how to use everything. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. Only short walking distance to many great bars and restaurants.

Really friendly
We loved the location of this, in a quiet residential area but easy walk into town and beach. Although fairly small, the apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Jessy made the check in process really easy and we were made to feel welcome all the time. Thanks so much!

Small but perfect apartment
Everything was good about this apartment - modern, clean and very well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning very efficient. Powerful modern shower. We felt very relaxed here. The location was in a quiet residential area about 15 minutes walk to sea front and the city. It was nice to come back to the quiet of the apartment after the busy main centre. The area wasn’t touristy, streets were narrow and houses close together - it felt safe and Spanish. The plaza de Toro is about 5 minutes walk from apartment with a lovely park and shops and cafes plus a really good bakery/cafe. Jessy was the perfect host. He welcomed us on arrival, explained how things worked in the apartment and how to get around. He was very helpful and approachable. We had never met before but it was like staying in the apartment of a friend. I would definitely stay in this apartment again and recommend.

Very nice apartment.
Jessy the owner was great, he gave us loads of info about the area, transport and beaches. The apartment was immaculate and had all the mod cons. Beach towels and umbrella, toiletries included. The bed was very comfortable. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thanks for everything Jessy.

Perfect in all ways
The apartment is very modern, spotlessly clean and in a convenient location. Jessy was very welcoming, accommodating and helpful and provided excellent guidance for things to do around the area. There was excellent provisions in the apartment, which made the stay all the better, e.g. coffee, dishwasher tablets, washing machine soap, cleaning products, etc. Thank you Jessy!

Fantastic place to stay
I stayed with Jessy for three months. He is a great host. He goes out of his way to make your stay enjoyable. He is knowledgeable about the area, gracious, honest and fair, and has a nice sense of humor. The flat is clean and well equipped. The neighborhood is an authentic experience in Spanish/Catalan and Euro culture. You can easily walk anywhere in central Alicante - the castles, the beach, the shopping district, the markets, the bull ring. For places too far to walk there are bus stops for the most important lines nearby, and the Mercado tram station is just a few blocks away. I hated to leave.

Fantastic Host and Aparment
Jessy is a great host. Very welcoming and friendly. He assists you with all concerns, especially getting around the city. The apartment was fantastic, just what we required, it is compact with all essential facilities, beautifully clean and very modern. Based in a quiet street, so close to the all amenities; local supermarket; tram station and local buses. You are only a few minutes to the town and the Marina and Beach. I do highly recommend this host and apartment in Alicante. Great Time was had.

Very nice, newly renovated, compact apartment in a good location
The owner Jessy is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very clean, compact and has everything that is needed to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. We liked the apartment more than any previous ones that we rented in Alicante. Location is great and we always felt safe walking in the area and the little streets. Highly recommended!

The stay in Alicante was great. Jess, the landlord is a great host. he is very welcoming, super friendly & all is thought about. Also the appartment is very well equipped. super clean, very nicely furnishd with a lot of charm & storage room. the location of the appartment is ideal. very close to everything, e.g. the old city, the castle, restaurants and also shopping area & street are nearby. Nous avons passés des vacances inoubliables dans cette magnifique ville d’Alicante et en partie grâce à Jessy. En effet, l’appartement est très bien situé, proche de la plage, des restaurants, de l’esplanade, enfin bref tout est à proximité 😁. Jessy, nous a parfaitement accueilli, est resté très disponible durant tout le séjour notamment pour nos différentes interrogations. L’appartement est très complet, tout l’essentiel est présent et même plus ! La comunicación durante toda la estancia con Jess ha sido inmejorable, ha sido muy amable y atento. Nada mas llegar al apartamento nos quedamos sorprendidos de lo bien que está, nos atreveríamos a decir que hasta mejor que en las fotos. Apartamento totalmente equipado con lo necesario y más. Además de una limpieza extraordinaria. El apartamento está en el centro de la cuidad y muy bien comunicado con transporte público. Sin duda, si volvemos a ir a Alicante repetiremos nuestra estancia en el apartamento.

Muy contento con el apartamento y la amabilidad del propietario. El apartamento está situado en una buena zona, es muy cómodo y debe estar recientemente reformado (todo parece prácticamente nuevo). En definitiva, volvería sin dudarlo.

Bel appartement bien situé et bien équipé
L'appartement correspond aux photos de l'annonce. Il a été rénové avec goût et avec des matériaux haut de gamme. Il est bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Jessy nous a très bien accueillis et nous a donné beaucoup d'informations utiles pour notre séjour. Un seul bémol : la fenêtre de la salle de bain qui laisse entrer chaleur et lumière dans l'appartement où nous avons séjourné en juillet. Pour le reste, nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l appartement de Jessy. Il est excellent à tous les niveaux: propreté, commodité, emplacement ... Jessy est très accueillant, disponible, arrangeant et a l écoute. Tout est bien expliqué. Il met à disposition tout ce qui vous est utile. Il pense à tout meme à vos deplacement (carte de transports à recharger, vélos le top) Je recommande à 100%

Cozy apartment
The apartment is totally well thought out! From the milk frother to the dishwasher and the washing machine, which could also be used as a dryer, to collection boxes for our dirty laundry and storage space for our suitcases, we hardly missed anything. Even on the rainy days that we unfortunately had, we didn't get bored with the board games. Everything is very modern and lovingly designed down to the last detail. Jessy was always available for questions, gave us great tips and was super reliable and friendly.

We enjoyed a lovely week, a great apartment. It was big enough with everything that needed to be. Is kitchen that has everything, dishwasher and washing machine. large stove. Really clean apartment. And a wonderful host. Who is willing to help. If you want information about the city and shopping opportunities. We would recommend the place and would love to come again.

Eine entspannte Woche
Eine super Wohnung. Alles vorhanden und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Lage ist zentral, aber abseits der Hauptstrassen. Alles ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

Recommendation!
I had an excellent time in Alicante. This is partly thanks to Jesse and his beautiful apartment. Jesse is a very friendly and obliging man. He spontaneously comes up with tips where you can shop and eat. The apartment is ideally located, close to the center, beach and other attractions. Everything within walking distance, in Alicante and in the neighborhood itself there is a safe atmosphere both during the day and at night. Overall it's a great place to stay. My compliments. Très beau séjour
Jassy est un hôte très attentionné et prévoyant, qui pense à tout, y compris aux serviettes de plage! L'appartement est très agréable, bien situé et climatisé. L'équipement est très moderne et soigné. Un refuge idéal face à la chaleur espagnole!

Séjour génial
Jessy est une personne très agréable, serviable et aux petits soins. Son appartement est très confortable, d’une propreté remarquable et très bien situé (5 minutes du Grand Mercado et de l’arrêt du tramway. La plage est facilement accessible à pied et rapidement). L’appartement est très bien équipé et moderne ! Je recommande fortement Jessy ! Merci encore à lui pour ce merveilleux séjour.

Appartement très confortable, fonctionnel et bien situé.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Jessy, qui a un vrai sens de l'accueil et avec qui la communication est fluide. L'appartement est moderne, très fonctionnel, tout confort et très bien équipé, avec climatisation, douche à l'italienne, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, sèche-cheveux, et même un fer à repasser ! Il ne manque rien. Le lit aussi est confortable. L'appartement est très bien situé, à 10min à pieds du centre-ville et de la vieille ville avec les bar à tapas, restaurants etc. et 5min du marché central et de l'arrêt de tram. Merci Jessy, nous reviendrons !

The apartment was very clean and cozy. Which we had booked from the 10th of february to the 31 of march. Jessy the host who lives in the same building was very helpsom. Supermarket was just few minutes away, 10 minutes to city senter with lots of restaurants. Unfortunately we had to leave 11days earlier because of the Coronavirus. Then again Jessy had to help us by printing our new tickets and booked a taxi for us. We are very grateful for his generosity. But anyway we are sure that we are coming back, we liked it in Alicante.
