Well appointef, clean, comfortable. Not too social
Clean, easy check in, quiet sleep, working wifi, bathrooms and showers in good shape, lockers, shelf/storage and outlet at bed. Heat and aircon. The bed light is blinding and the common area is closed along with cafe/reception at night but it's a good location and a safe, comfortable stay. Plus an elevator so no taking the stairs!

Could of been better
This hotel is a bit far from beach staff could of made an effort to be more friendly no soap in bathroom not worth the money in winter time

The friendly staff are more than accommodating the lady there in reception was so helpful and kind to me I would go back to see her as she was totally awesome and the clean bright and modern environment was a lot more value for money than expected.

Had to walk the streets all night.
When i arrived utvwas closed although it stated reception would be open until 11pm. I had previosly advused the hostel and hotels .com that I may arrive late due to a late flight arrival. I was told this was okay as arrangements had been made. Emergency contact details were useless as only a voicemail servuce that no one replied to. Even after contacting hotels.com I was given no assistance and was leftbto spend rhe night on the streets until bus services resumed the next morning. To add insult to injury I was also told that I would be charged for the room I did not get to occupy. Overall a horendous experience that I never want to repeat.

Cheap and convenuent for short term stay.
Cheap. Easily Access from the bus stop, shopping center, and Santa Babara Castle. Kind service, but prepare some towel and soap for shower and bath otherwise you must pay for them.

Friendly staff, clean place and cheap. Area is perfect if you need to travel to and from airport (bus stop 5 mins away) and 10 mins to some great restaurants and bars

Dirty shower & toilet - hard bed
Hostel is relatively new, so sheets were still in good condition, though mattress was rock-hard. Room was superficially clean but floor needed to be swept and mopped. Most importantly, the hall toilet and shower which I used for my 4 nights I spent there since my 4-bed room was not en-suite did not get cleaned the entire time I was there. Same wrappers and soap scum in shower, same trash in WC rubbish bin, and same dirty toilet. Yuck! Only toilet paper got restocked. Also - all, and I mean all public spaces - the (tiny) kitchen, the lounge, and terrace are closed from 11 pm to 8 am while reception is closed. This place leaves a lot to be desired.

El trato del personal ha sido nefasto, la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia ya que la habitación no había sido limpiada de los huéspedes anteriores ( jabones usados en la ducha, pelos, el cubrecolchon sucio, etc), en cuanto a las instalaciones el monomando de la ducha se te cae en la cabeza y finalmente los servicios más básicos como la limpieza de la habitación no se realiza y los productos de higiene tienen un precio a parte ( toallas, jabones, secador, aire acondicionado). En conclusión un precio muy elevado (41€/ noche + servicios mínimos) para las condiciones prestadas por el establecimiento.

Muchas gracias Maria Cristina. Es cierto que no había nadie más en tu habitación, dado a que estamos en temporada baja y el resto de mujeres decidieron compartir habitación cuádruple. En tu reserva señalabas habitación séxtuple, por ello te dimos este tipo de habitación, y en esta ocasión solamente tú optaste por esta opción. j'ai passé 2 nuit a cet auberge, j'ai pris une chambre a 4 lits , le personnel était sympa, il y a une petite cuisine ce qui bon pour faire des collation, aussi il y a des armoires ce qui est bon, sinon la situation géographique est bonne, pas loi de la gare centrale.

Arrivé à 13h30 on me dit de revenir à 14h car les chambres de sont pas prêtes a14h les chambre tjr occupée Prise de la chambres a16h30 Petite chambre d'à peine 3X2 avec 2 petit lit superposée avec un couple d'allemand qui avait étaler leurs maillot de bain et serviettes de plage sur les 4 lit avec des vêtements partout dans la minuscule chambre Et aussi l'odeur infernal J'ai du quitter l'hôtel prématurément à 20h

Jeg synes hotellet leverte alt i alt bra! Hadde lest noen anmeldelser, og ble positivt overrasket da vi ankom vandrehjemmet. Vi hadde eget stort bad, og trivelige resepsjonister. Det stemmer at sengene knirker og frokosten var litt liten, men hva skal man forvente når det er så billig? Thumbs up!

No me ofrecieron lo que contraté
Reservé una habitación doble con baño privado. Cuando llegué no la tenían disponible (no me avisaron con anterioridad). Me ofrecieron una cuádruple con literas y baño compartido con el compromiso de que no compartiría con ningún otro cliente ni habitación ni baño. En mi presencia entraron en la habitación contigua y dejaron cerrados los pasadores que comunicaban mi baño con la otra habitación (observé que estaba ocupada por la ropa que se veía). Cuando yo no estaba entraron en mi habitación y dieron acceso a la ducha a los clientes de la habitación contigua de manera que quedó cerrada para mí. Tuve que ducharme en una habitación tres pisos más arriba.

Hotel curioso recomendable para gente joven
Si vas con amigos (jóvenes) es el hotel adecuado para ir de viaje sin gastar mucho dinero, pero si vas en familia para disfrutar de las vacaciones tranquilo no es muy recomendable. Es prácticamente imposible encontrar parking cerca y encima la zona está casi toda en obras (almenos ahora en agosto de 2015). En cuanto a las habitaciones, cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación y nuestra sorpresa fue que al entrar había restos de comida de los anteriores huéspedes, lo justificaron diciendo que aquel día la limpiadora había hecho fiesta... De todas formas, como he dicho, para ir con amigos en plan barato está muy bien, las habitaciones son con literas, caben 4 personas y hay enchufes individuales (hoy en día es imprescindible), eso sí, el aire acondicionado hay que pagarlo a parte y los baños y duchas son comunes para cada piso, hay 2 de cada para 4 habitaciones por cada piso. Otra cosa curiosa, el desayuno tienes que hacértelo tu y luego tienes que lavarte tu plato, cubiertos, etc. Un hotel curioso la verdad...

Close to airport. Nice and clean.
Enkelt overnatning nær lufthavnen. Nyt vandrehjem med gode faciliteter. Lidt svært at komme til pga vejarbejde. Husk at bede om aircondition, som koster ekstra.
